Purchase Agreement

• – Please note that in principle we do not accept order cancellations, returns for reasons due to the customer, or resizing after delivery.
• – Since we do not know the delivery situation in the destination country, the responsibility for product delivery will be transferred to the shipping company and to the customer at the time of shipment. In addition, we will not be held responsible for any problems with delivery that occur outside of Japan.
• – The payment amount charged to the customer is the total payment including the product price displayed in the cart and the shipping fee. Customs duties are included in the product price, so there are no additional charges to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the product. However, depending on the destination country or region, fees related to import restrictions in addition to customs duties may be incurred. In such cases please note that additional fees may be charged to the customer.
