Explanation of Charges in Addition to Cost of Products
Shipping Fee
The customer's total payment is the total amount including the cost of the product and the shipping fee listed in the shopping cart. Customs fees are included in the product price, so no additional payment by the customer is necessary upon receipt of the product.
However, depending on the customer’s country or region, some items may be subject to import restrictions or prohibitions. Before the product is delivered, it may be examined by customs, and in addition to customs duties, handling fees related to import restrictions may be incurred. Please note that in such cases, additional costs may be charged to the customer.
The shipping fee varies depending on the product purchased, so please confirm the amount displayed in the shopping cart. If you have any questions about shipping fees, please feel free to contact us.

Defective Products
In the case of an original defect or damage to an item upon delivery, please notify us within 5 days. We will issue a refund upon the return of the item.
* Items with gemstones and natural pearls, and personalized products with personalized engravings, are ineligible for return for any reason.
* We do not accept returns for reasons due to the customer such as the size does not fit, or the item looks different from what the customer imagined.
