These Terms of Use apply to all users of this website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Order Changes and Returns
The Ryui Online Store does not accept changes to the order details or shipping address after the customer has completed the order. Please be sure to check the product details carefully at the time of checkout before completing your order. If after completing the order there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Shipping and Delivery
Regarding the delivery of ordered products, The Ryui Online Store is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures or shipping companies. We are not able to cancel your order or issue a refund if there is a delay in delivery. In addition, even if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund or return, so please be sure to enter the correct shipping address.
We will not be held responsible if the product is returned to us for the following reasons:
・Returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address
・Returned due to being held by the shipping company
・Return due to non-payment in the unlikely event that an additional handling fee is incurred at the time of delivery
If your package is returned to us or refused, please contact us immediately. After confirming the situation, we will arrange for reshippment. If the product is to be reshipped for reasons due to the customer, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
Product Inventory
Items that are in stock can be purchased from the online store. For made-to-order products and orders in your desired size, the production time varies depending on the design, so please be sure to confirm before purchasing.
For details on the estimated shipping date of made-to-order products, please refer to the order confirmation email that you will receive after purchasing the product. No cancellation is possible after the order has been completed. If you purchase both an in-stock product and a made-to-order product at the same time, we will ship the products together as soon as the made-to-order product is completed. Estimated delivery dates for products are estimates only.

Items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note that there may be changes to this estimate during events and busy periods.
Customs Duties and Taxes
The customer's total payment is the total amount including the product price and shipping fee listed in the shopping cart. Customs duties are included in the product price, so no additional payment by the customer is necessary upon receipt of the product.
However, depending on the customer's country or region, some items may be subject to import restrictions or regulations. Before the product is delivered, it may be examined by customs, and in addition to customs duties, handling fees related to import restrictions may be incurred. Please note that in such cases, additional costs may be charged to the customer.
Also, the final shipping fee varies depending on the product purchased, so please confirm the amount displayed in the shopping cart. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to contact us.
Return and Exchange Policy
Under no circumstances are we able to accept the return or exchange of personalized items that have been engraved.
Returns may be accepted only if the item is recognized to be a defective product.
We are unable to cancel or refund orders for reasons due to the customer, such as the wrong item ordered by mistake, or in the wrong size.
Please note that damage caused by misuse or intentional damage by the customer, damage due to careless handling, or damage or malfunction due to external factors for which we are not responsible, will not be recognized as a defective product.
If the return of a defective item is accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original box in which it was received. In this case, we will bear the shipping fee for returning the defective item to us.

In the unlikely event that a site member's data is lost due to a failure or trouble with communications equipment, etc., we may unconditionally cancel the membership registration or suspend the use of this service. Shipping Disclaimer
Since we do not know the delivery situation of the destination country, responsibility for product delivery will be transferred to the delivery company and to the customer at the time shipping arrangements have been completed by Ryui.
Additionally, please note that we will not be responsible for any issues with shipping or delivery that occur outside of Japan.
