Through the rare hand-rubbing
technique of gem cutter Kanna Oshiro,
the stone is touched with gentle precision,
its inner character carefully lifted to the surface
and breathed into its most essential form.

Within each stone, a small landscape lies dormant.
To find the place where that landscape
breathes most beautifully,
Ryui carefully selected the rough stones
and entrusted them to Oshiro.

A polishing process led by touch, sight, and intuition.
Her free and unbounded cuts carry a presence
that only hand-rubbing can impart.

When the stones return to Ryui once again,
their individuality remains untouched,
and they are brought to life as jewelry
that glows with quiet radiance.

No two diamonds are ever the same.
